Delay

Hey folks! To ensure the safety of our passengers, the Mission Paper Processing has been delayed for a short time, but no worries, we'll have it up and running again in no time! Thanks for riding with us!
Okay, so I'm a nerd. Well, I heard this same type of announcement all over Disneyland and I thought it might be funny. Anyway, it is true that my papers have been delayed and I probably won't get my mission call until next week. I know, I'm sad too. I wish that everyone would just read my blog because I don't like to have to repeat any news I have over and over again. I know this may seem contradictory since I'm writing a blog about my life, but I really don't like this much attention. I promise that when I have news, I will notify the masses.
Anyway, Disneyland was amazing! I rode the Tower of Terror six times, which didn't even come close to being enough for me. The one thing that I realized was that I am growing up (shh, don't tell Peter Pan!). I had the hardest time getting up early in the morning after staying up until the park closed. Plus, my body was sore from being thrown around on some of those rides. Man! I came home exhausted from the trip, but I would go back in a heartbeat. I can never get enough of that magical place. I owe Walt Disney a big hug when I see him on the other side of the veil!
Another cool thing was that I got to talk to the woman who sat next to me on the airplane and I found out that she is friends with a former General Primary President, and that she personally knows Gerald N. Lund! I was so excited because I've always admired him and his novels very much (just finished the first book of the Kingdom and the Crown series. If you haven't read it, do! It's fantastic!). She talked about when she went to lunch with him and I thought, "Dang! I need to be friends with you!"
